An ILLUMINOSITY Retreat

May 1-4, 2025

GATHER; for Spring renewal, Ritual and Nourishing self

Step into the sanctuary of self-care & nourishment this summer with Wendee Daniels, founder of Kitchen Revival. She is a nutritional alchemist and epicurean who loves to create beauty in everything, including our most precious gift: Ourselves.

Awaken your luminous soul with curated farm to table nourishment, drop into the divine through sacred sisterhood & ceremony, reconnect with yourself & nature.

Immerse yourself in a weekend of sisterhood infused with sacred ritual, nourishing thyself, kitchen alchemy and playfulness. Spend 3 full days, and 4 nights in the sweet pine forest of Central Oregon. Cold plunge in the Deschutes River, walk the labyrinth under the stars and connect through nature, friendships and nourishing meals. Unwind and cultivate new skills, begin your days with mindfulness and remember to see the world with child like wonder. Arise to yourself through ritual and play with the elements of mother earth. Co-create our altar, be the alchemist and make your own personal anointing oil and plant medicine. Learn from the deep wisdom that Food is Medicine offers. Delight your tastebuds with effervescent probiotic beverages, everyday superfoods and Wendee’s favorite nutrition hacks.

Together, in the kitchen there will be many hands creating and experiencing seasonal, nourishing delights that will be sure to fill your belly and nourish your mind, body and soul.

What to expect:
